No, Fursa Tours does not offer pre-packaged itineraries. All of our trips are fully customized and tailored to each client’s unique interests, preferences, and travel needs, ensuring a truly personalized experience.
How many revisions can be made to an itinerary?
This is an entirely collaborative process, and we will work with you to refine and tweak your itinerary until it’s perfect for you. However, please keep in mind that if you’re traveling during peak season or if your trip is approaching soon, it’s best to secure your hotel bookings first. Once the accommodations are locked in, we can then adjust activities and experiences as needed.
Does Fursa Tours charge a planning fee?
Yes, we do charge a $250 planning fee per trip. Do you offer private transportation?
Yes, we offer only private, comfortable transportation with a dedicated driver for the duration of your trip. This ensures a seamless and stress-free travel experience, especially as road conditions in the MENA region can differ significantly from those in the U.S.While we can offer self-drive options in a few select countries, we strongly recommend against this in favor of the enriched experience and ease that comes with having a local driver by your side who knows the terrain and culture intimately.

No, Fursa Tours does not offer one-off bookings such as a single tour or hotel. The core of our company is built around curating complete, immersive travel experiences. We specialize in crafting thoughtfully designed, end-to-end journeys that encompass every aspect of your trip—from accommodations and activities to routing and local experiences—ensuring a seamless and enriching travel experience from beginning to end.
Does Fursa Tours assist with flights?
Fursa Tours does not book international flights on behalf of clients; however, we’re happy to advise on the most convenient airports to fly into and recommend ideal flight routes to suit your itinerary. The only flights we book for clients are domestic, in-country flights that are part of your customized journey with us.
Does Fursa Tours offer concierge services?
Yes, Fursa Tours offers premium concierge services to elevate your journey with us and offer worry-free travel. This includes securing exclusive restaurant reservations, arranging spa treatments, and organizing access to special events.
Does Fursa Tours offer travel insurance?
No, Fursa Tours does not currently offer travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance independently to protect their trip investment and cover unforeseen circumstances.
How can I confirm my trip?
To confirm your itinerary details and secure hotel reservations, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500. This deposit guarantees your rooms, as many of the hotels that we work with – particularly in certain countries – have fewer rooms than traditional western hotels and require a deposit to guarantee your stay. For your convenience, we offer the flexibility to divide the remaining balance into as many or as few installments as you prefer, with the full balance due 90 days prior to your departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies by itinerary, based on the terms and conditions set by the vendors involved in your itinerary. These details will clearly be communicated to you prior to booking, ensuring complete transparency. To provide peace of mind, we highly recommend that our clients consider travel insurance to protect their investment in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
